His time is spent assisting other businesses to develop through implementing better strategic, business, and human capital management processes Merv is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of the National Speakers Association of Australia. He was awarded one of their highest honours “Mentor of the Year 2004” and was nominated as Speaker of the Year for 2006. Merv spends time also as the CEO of Laughteryoga International.
